We are executing a strategic operational expansion across our patient experience division and are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused professionals to step into the roles of Call Center Agent and Receptionist / Patient Coordinator in Dubai. Operating as essential brand anchors and front-office navigators within our medical center, these full-time positions focus on accelerating booking turnaround times, auditing patient intake records, and streamlining appointment distribution workflows under our unified medical management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume incoming telephone communications, manage digital clinic inquiries, and process inbound patient appointment bookings efficiently.
- Welcome, check in, and assist arriving patients with a warm, professional demeanor, providing an elite frontline medical hospitality experience.
- Coordinate multi-practitioner clinical appointment calendars, optimizing practitioner schedules to prevent operational bottle-necks.
- Provide clear, articulate information regarding aesthetic treatments, preparation guidelines, and post-procedure follow-up policies.
- Maintain confidential patient database files, systematically updating treatment histories and medical tracking consent documents.
- Deliver exceptional customer support across all patient interactions, minimizing wait times and resolving administrative concerns tactfully.
- Support daily receptionist activities, cash counter balancing, Point of Sale (POS) operations, and administrative office duties.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or accredited Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, Public Relations, Communications, or an equivalent customer-centric discipline.
- Proven, successful professional experience operating as a patient coordinator, clinic receptionist, or medical call center agent strictly inside an active aesthetic facility or private healthcare environment.
- Complete verbal and written fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory to engage with our diverse patient base smoothly.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying formulas, appointment tracking logs, and demographic spreadsheets inside Microsoft Excel.
- Polished professional appearance, excellent phone etiquette, and sharp, active listening capabilities.
- Demonstrated capacity to coordinate multiple patient requests simultaneously while operating inside a high-volume, fast-paced clinical setting.
