• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Handle basic numerical calculations confidently for cash and digital payments.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation at the checkout area.
• Provide information about menu items and current promotions to customers.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
