Job Description:
We are seeking an attentive and responsible CCTV Operator to strengthen our campus security operations. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can monitor live feeds for management and safety performance review. You will be responsible for identifying security concerns in real time, maintaining accurate surveillance logs, and assisting in the implementation of safety protocols across classrooms and hallways. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in SIRA-regulated Surveillance Standards and School Safety Procedures and a proactive approach to emergency response. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live CCTV feeds systematically to meet management and campus safety targets.
- Support security integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% precision in incident recording and surveillance logs.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and school leadership to facilitate professional organizational reporting and safety compliance.
- Identify and respond to suspicious activities in real time to ensure a well-monitored environment for students and staff.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and high-spec surveillance systems to ensure all equipment is functioning correctly and safety protocols are maintained.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or related professional certificate in Security Operations; Valid SIRA Certificate (CCTV License) is mandatory.
- Mandatory professional experience specifically within a school setting in the UAE.
- Strong background in management of security control rooms, live feed monitoring, and incident reporting.
- Professional background in education or training regarding school safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, stay calm under pressure, and possess a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent coordination skills with the capability to support a high-standard school in Dubai.
