Job Description:
We are seeking an incredibly alert, vigilant, and detail-driven CCTV Operator to manage daily live telemetry stream tracking, control room feed monitoring, and structural incident remediation tracking tracks at our centralized monitoring facilities in Dubai. This high-responsibility protection role demands complete lifecycle control over camera tracking grids, precise incident filing file documentation, and immediate emergency response coordination to guarantee flawless facility safety velocity for executive management evaluation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor complex CCTV camera feeds continuously to preserve security, loss reduction, and asset safety compliance metrics.
- Analyze live feed visualizations to immediately isolate suspicious tracking behaviors, security breach vectors, or operational anomalies.
- Report system incidents, perimeter threats, and facility concerns instantly to ground response teams and supervisors.
- Maintain highly structured, time-stamped control room log sheets, digital incident diaries, and archival evidence files.
- Operate advanced Video Management Systems (VMS) fluidly, ensuring flawless performance of specialized security servers.
- Coordinate directly with municipal authorities, internal site supervisors, and emergency rescue infrastructure during incidents.
- Execute routine tech diagnostics across remote camera networks, logging hardware defect reports for IT remediation.
- Secure and protect highly sensitive, confidential corporate feed data through rigid data governance and privacy rules.
- Commit to complete operational focus during demanding rotational shift hours, including weekends and night assignments.
🔹 Requirements:
- Possession of an active, completely valid Security Industry Regulatory Authority (SIRA) CCTV Operator License is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of active professional experience working as a dedicated CCTV Operator inside a structured control room hub.
- Deep structural understanding of advanced Video Management Systems (VMS), IP camera setups, and PTZ control logic.
- Sharp observation, analytical hazard evaluation, and rapid system problem-solving capabilities.
- Complete behavioral readiness to operate inside a 24/7/365 operational loop consisting of shifting night and weekend rotas.
- Exceptional stress tolerance, clear reporting communication skills, and absolute professional discipline under pressure.
