Job Description:

We are actively seeking a seasoned Change Manager to lead major transformation initiatives within a large-scale enterprise environment. This senior-level role is critical for managing the human side of change, ensuring smooth transitions from current operational models to future strategic states. You will be responsible for designing the roadmap that secures leadership alignment and maximizes employee adoption, playing a pivotal role in the success of our most significant corporate projects.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive, structured change management methodologies, including readiness assessments and detailed impact analysis.
  • Create and manage strategic communication roadmaps and stakeholder engagement plans to ensure buy-in at all organizational levels.
  • Identify potential areas of resistance and design proactive mitigation strategies to maintain high engagement.
  • Monitor and report on key change performance metrics, ensuring adherence to strict governance standards.
  • Represent the change function in governance forums, such as Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
  • Provide expert strategic guidance to senior stakeholders and the Management team on implementation best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources department to align organizational culture with new operational frameworks.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related discipline.
  • 9–12 years of proven experience in organizational transformation and large-scale change implementation.
  • Professional certification such as Prosci or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) is highly preferred.
  • Strong command of change management frameworks, risk assessment tools, and impact analysis methodologies.
  • Exemplary leadership skills with the ability to manage executive-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent strategic planning, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work onsite (Work from Office) in Abu Dhabi.
