Job Description:
We are executing a strategic commercial appointment within our business development division and are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Charter Sales Executive to govern aircraft flight booking pipelines and direct fleet utilization pathways in Dubai. Built for visionary aviation sales professionals who possess a deep network within luxury travel spheres and excel at structural client relations, this full-time role focuses on accelerating charter inquiry conversion speeds, auditing competitive flight quote logs, and maximizing overall operational revenue tracks under our integrated corporate management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the company’s luxury aircraft fleet proactively to prominent charter brokers, high-net-worth direct clients, and global elite travel partners.
- Respond promptly and accurately to multi-destination charter requests while preparing comprehensive, competitive pricing quotations.
- Follow up diligently on commercial sales leads to convert open aviation inquiries into confirmed aircraft bookings.
- Build and maintain strong, high-fidelity relationships across the regional charter brokerage community and business aviation networks.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Flight Operations and Ground Operations teams to guarantee smooth, premium quality trip execution.
- Identify emerging market sectors, track competitive charter trends, and actively expand the regional luxury consumer network.
- Contribute directly to strategic fleet utilization programs and meet monthly corporate revenue milestones.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, professional Diploma, or equivalent business administration qualification is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of successful, verified professional experience operating strictly within private aviation charter sales, charter brokerage, aircraft management, or a matching executive commercial aviation role.
- An established, active commercial network within luxury travel clubs, international flight brokerage houses, and premium concierge domains.
- Advanced data literacy with practical proficiency deploying quotation metrics, pricing models, and client registries inside aviation management platforms and Microsoft Excel templates.
- Deep, comprehensive technical knowledge across the following aerospace sectors:
- Private aviation logistics, charter broker processes, and global flight routing workflows.
- Aircraft performance profiles, multi-tier charter pricing formulas, and business development strategies.
- Customer relationship management (CRM) frameworks and client retention practices within luxury tiers.
- Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills paired with sharp commercial negotiation capabilities and excellent problem-solving habits.
- Applicants must be currently based in Dubai or demonstrate an absolute readiness to relocate to Dubai promptly.
