Job Description:

We are executing a strategic executive appointment on behalf of an expanding regional leader within the construction sector and are seeking a highly analytical, certified Chartered Accountant (CA) to govern complex project-cost data pipelines and direct multi-site financial management pathways in Dubai. Built for visionary finance specialists who possess deep operational command of heavy industry ledger balances and excel at structuring clean cash allocation audits, this full-time position focuses on accelerating institutional ledger closing frequencies, auditing multi-tiered construction transaction logs, and maximizing absolute commercial profitability under our integrated corporate management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end accounting sequences, daily corporate cash reconciliations, and overall financial operations across multiple active engineering sites.
  • Monitor project-specific cost allocations, subcontractor ledger accounts, baseline margin targets, work-in-progress (WIP) balances, and fluid project cash flows.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial statements, corporate balance sheets, customized MIS packages, and real-time executive data dashboards.
  • Ensure uncompromised institutional alignment with Federal Tax Authority (FTA) guidelines, managing accurate UAE VAT filings and statutory reporting procedures.
  • Liaise directly with external auditing firms, major banking institutions, and regional regulatory authorities to protect credit lines.
  • Support commercial tender evaluations, bill-of-quantities (BOQ) cost calculations, rolling multi-month forecasts, and master budget planning tracks.
  • Develop, strengthen, and implement robust internal auditing controls, corporate governance rules, and proactive risk mitigation systems.
  • Deliver comprehensive technical integration logs to administrative directors regarding financial variance indicators or material cost overruns.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or holding matching accredited professional qualifications with active legal membership status.
  • A minimum of 5 years of verified professional experience operating in a senior financial desk, project cost-control seat, or general accountant capacity strictly within the UAE construction or contracting market.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with extensive practical proficiency deploying financial modeling sheets, rolling cash trackers, and pivot tables inside modern ERP setups and Microsoft Excel.
  • Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following fiscal areas:
    • Project accounting structures, job-cost calculations, revenue recognition under IFRS 15, and WIP tracking techniques.
    • UAE VAT compliance laws, transaction tax structuring rules, audit preparation, and legal filing timelines.
    • Enterprise-level industrial ERP configurations, automated material invoicing tracks, and multi-site budget consolidations.
    • Commercial finance parameters, contract risk assessments, bank guarantee procedures, and cash flow forecasting models.
  • Outstanding analytical capabilities, strict attention to numerical detail, high mathematical precision, and robust cross-functional problem-solving habits under tight closing deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication habits paired with the personal confidence to present complex project margin evaluations clearly to executive board members.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive baseline fixed salary package structured from AED 10,000 to 11,000, determined entirely by past financial case defenses, project accounting assessments, and advanced spreadsheet modeling evaluations.
  • An elite opportunity to assume complete operational ownership of a prominent contracting portfolio and expand your professional engineering profile with a major construction leader.
  • Stable, long-term professional advancement channels supported by expanding multi-sector project footprints and active internal pipelines for senior finance controllers, internal audit directors, and hr jobs or financial talent managers.
