Job Description:
We are executing a strategic fiscal appointment within our centralized financial division and are seeking a newly qualified, highly analytical Chartered Accountant (Fresher) to govern critical transactional pipelines and direct corporate ledger accounting pathways in Sharjah. Designed for visionary finance specialists who possess deep theoretical knowledge of reconciliation frameworks and excel at tracking financial efficiency indicators, this full-time role focuses on accelerating financial closing speeds, auditing transactional data logs, and maximizing cost control precision under our integrated corporate management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing comprehensive corporate financial statements and monthly accounting performance reports.
- Support general auditing, financial reporting, and statutory reconciliation processes under senior oversight.
- Maintain clear, organized, and structurally secure digital records of financial balances and general ledger documentation.
- Ensure absolute institutional compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and internal control policies.
- Assist senior team members with corporate budgeting routines, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis tasks.
- Work closely with senior finance team members to identify operational waste and maximize general bookkeeping efficiency.
- Review journal entries, track accounts payable or receivable schedules, and verify multi-currency transactional data logs.
- Coordinate the collection and preparation of working papers for internal reviews and external statutory audits.
🔹 Requirements:
- Must be a fully Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from a recognized professional accounting institute.
- Open to fresh graduates and entry-level professionals with 0 to 1 year of professional finance or article-clerkship experience.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying cost control templates, ledger audit grids, and financial formulas inside Microsoft Excel.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following financial sectors:
- General ledger principles, accounting parameters, and rigorous balance sheet reconciliation practices.
- Financial statement preparation frameworks, IFRS compliance, and internal control structures.
- Auditing methodologies, risk assessment practices, and corporate documentation standards.
- Basic budgeting fundamentals, variance tracking metrics, and financial statement analysis tools.
- Outstanding analytical capabilities, strict attention to numerical detail, high mathematical precision, and proactive problem-solving habits under tight schedule limits.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi are required to coordinate effectively across diverse international divisions; immediate availability to join the organization is highly preferred.
