🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Section Management: Take full ownership of the Continental and Cold Kitchen sections, ensuring all mise-en-place is completed to hotel standards.
  • Culinary Execution: Prepare and oversee the production of high-quality continental dishes, salads, appetizers, and cold displays.
  • Quality Control: Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and plating presentation for all dishes leaving the station.
  • Hygiene & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to HACCP guidelines and Dubai Municipality food safety regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
  • Waste Management: Monitor inventory levels and implement portion control measures to minimize food wastage.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven hands-on experience in the hospitality or hotel industry, with a focus on Continental and Cold Kitchen cuisines.
  • Education: Diploma, Certificate, or professional training in Culinary Arts or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knife skills, knowledge of cold food preservation, and proficiency in continental cooking techniques.
  • Soft Skills: Strong teamwork abilities, a positive attitude, and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Location: Preference will be given to candidates currently based in the UAE.
  • Availability: Immediate availability is highly preferred for this role.
