🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Oversight: Manage the full spectrum of financial accounting operations, ensuring precise month-end and year-end closing cycles.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Prepare comprehensive financial statements, management reports, and detailed audit schedules in line with UAE standards.
  • Strategic Planning: Lead all budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to ensure the company’s long-term financial health.
  • Tax & Internal Controls: Ensure 100% compliance with UAE tax regulations (VAT/Corporate Tax) and maintain rigorous internal financial controls.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison for auditors, banking partners, and external regulatory bodies.
  • ERP Leadership: Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Business Central 360 to maintain accurate accounting records and streamline reconciliations.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 7+ years of overall experience, with at least 3 years specifically within the UAE market.
  • Sector Knowledge: Proven experience in the Manufacturing industry (PET, plastics, or packaging preferred).
  • Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Microsoft Business Central 360 and QuickBooks is mandatory.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) are a strong advantage.
  • Attributes: Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Availability: Immediate joiners are strongly preferred for a quick transition.
