Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Cash Management: Maintain meticulous petty cash records and track all daily project-related transactions.
- Document Control: Oversee the lifecycle of project documentation, including systematic filing, scanning, and digital record management.
- Payables & Receivables: Prepare and maintain accurate supplier and customer accounts, ensuring all records are up to date.
- Bank Operations: Handle the physical collection of cheques and coordinate bank deposits and other essential financial transactions.
- Audit Readiness: Organize and verify all financial documentation to ensure compliance with internal reviews and external audits.
- Account Reconciliation: Assist the senior finance team with monthly account reconciliations and basic accounting functions.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Excel and general office software; familiarity with accounting principles.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage high volumes of documents and financial data with high accuracy.
- Communication: Solid interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with suppliers and internal departments.
- Experience Level: Open to Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced construction environment.
