Job Description:

An executive vacancy is open for an accomplished Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to direct corporate operations, scale regional profitability, and navigate statutory requirements. Reporting directly to the Chairman, this leadership role owns complete accountability over the commercial expansion, risk parameters, and regulatory licensing structures across Dubai, UAE.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall business strategy, operations, and corporate direction of the brokerage.
• Ensure full compliance with SCA Category 1 regulatory requirements.
• Manage direct interactions with SCA/CMA regulators and oversee licensing processes in Dubai.
• Oversee regulatory approvals, comprehensive audits, and compliance frameworks.
• Drive profitability, business expansion, and sustainable revenue growth.
• Provide executive leadership and strategic alignment across all departments and functions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure strong governance, capital sufficiency, and risk management practices across the organization.

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven C-level executive leadership experience within FX/CFD brokerage or asset trading environments.
• Mandatory experience operating in SCA Category 1 regulated financial frameworks.
• Strong background in managing complex regulatory licensing and institutional approvals in Dubai/UAE.
• Direct operational experience dealing with SCA and CMA regulators.
• Proven track record of driving sustainable business growth and profitability in financial trading organizations.
• Strong executive leadership, stakeholder management, and high-stakes decision-making abilities.
• Deep understanding of technical compliance, risk management, and international financial regulations.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics from a premium education institution.
