Job Description:
We are currently hiring a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer (UAE National) to join our client’s team in Sharjah. This role is fundamental to our technical framework, requiring a professional who can support project planning, design, and execution for management and consultant review. You will be responsible for conducting regular site inspections, preparing technical reports, and ensuring all works comply with strict engineering standards. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Infrastructure Development and a proactive approach to site supervision. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and supervise civil construction and infrastructure projects to meet management quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections in Sharjah to ensure 100% compliance with technical standards and safety regulations.
- Liaise with the Human Resources, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery and coordination.
- Prepare accurate technical reports, engineering drawings, and project documentation to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and AutoCAD software to review project plans and suggest technical improvements.
🔹 Requirements:
- Must be a UAE National (Family Book is a mandatory requirement).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related academic discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in relevant engineering or infrastructure roles.
- Strong background in management of site supervision, technical reporting, and project documentation.
- Professional background in education or training regarding AutoCAD and engineering software is an advantage.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and strong analytical problem-solving skills in the UAE.
