Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Foreman to manage our construction site activities in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our structural framework, requiring a professional who can supervise labor teams, monitor project progress, and ensure compliance with safety regulations for management review. You will be responsible for coordinating with engineers and contractors to ensure timelines are met while maintaining the highest quality standards. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in civil construction processes and the ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and English. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily construction site activities and workforce coordination in Dubai.
- Supervise labor teams and ensure tasks are completed efficiently according to management timelines.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and engineering departments regarding safety training, workforce performance, and site safety compliance.
- Monitor progress on foundation, structural, and finishing works to ensure project milestones are met.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools for site reporting and daily progress documentation.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of proven professional experience in construction projects specifically within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of civil construction processes, site supervision, and labor leadership.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE safety regulations and construction standards.
- Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this position.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and English to facilitate coordination with diverse site teams.
