🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the complete end-to-end structural construction and architectural finishing of premium villas and residential buildings (G+4).
• Ensure all structural site projects are executed in complete accordance with approved engineering plans, design specifications, and material constraints.
• Monitor daily structural casting, interior masonry finishing, and comprehensive on-site engineering supervision activities.
• Maintain absolute adherence to high corporate standards of construction quality, workplace safety, and structural execution.
• Coordinate seamlessly with internal project management teams, specialty sub-contractors, and lead engineering consultants throughout the construction cycle.
• Ensure total structural alignment with strict Dubai Municipality building regulations and internal corporate compliance standards.
• Monitor ongoing physical project progress, execute site troubleshooting practices, and resolve technical layout issues efficiently.
• Prepare daily site progress reports, material logs, and maintain highly accurate structural project documentation.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited academic institution, backed by mandatory valid Dubai Municipality Approved Engineer status (G+4 certification).
• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of verified, high-performance professional history directing site operations, supervising structural works, or leading residential building construction dentro of the UAE construction sector, focusing specifically on high-end villas and multi-family residential setups. Must possess a valid UAE Driving Licence and a private operational vehicle.
• Advanced technical workspace data literacy with sharp capabilities generating site progress charts, tracking material delivery timelines, and processing compliance applications inside Microsoft Excel.
• Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
  • Structural construction and finishing works, concrete technology, reinforcement detailing, blockwork, and plastering parameters.
  • Site supervision practices and residential building projects, progress staging, site layout coordination, and worker safety loops.
  • Dubai Municipality regulations and local construction standards, structural certification guidelines, and inspection parameters.
  • Material submittal procedures, QA/QC testing techniques, concrete slump monitoring, and structural documentation archiving.
  • Sub-contractor performance tracking, shop drawing validation models, survey calculations, and site resource balancing controls.
