Job Description:

The Classroom Teacher / KG Teacher will plan engaging lessons, foster child development, maintain accurate student assessments, manage classroom environments, and work with academic management to support both full-time sections and temporary maternity cover needs.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, interactive lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum.
• Establish a safe, positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment for primary and kindergarten students.
• Assess student academic progress, maintain accurate record-keeping, and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster emotional, social, and academic child development through age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
• Collaborate with faculty members, school administrators, and parents to support overall student development.
• Prepare innovative instructional materials, activity resources, and participate in school events.
• Enforce effective classroom management strategies while upholding child safeguarding and well-being standards.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant teaching discipline or subject area.
• Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) required for Classroom Teacher roles.
• Postgraduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education (PGDECE) required for Kindergarten (KG) Teacher roles.
• Prior teaching experience in the UAE/GCC is preferred; freshers are welcome for the 2-month maternity cover role.
• Valid UAE Residence Visa is mandatory for candidates applying for the temporary Maternity Cover position.
• Strong understanding of child development, lesson planning, classroom management, and educational best practices.
