Job Description:
An operational field vacancy is open for an experienced, highly proactive Cleaning Supervisor to guide daily hospitality workflows and multi-site housekeeping teams. Operating across designated commercial properties in Dubai, UAE, this field-based leadership role takes full charge of service quality auditing, staff deployment mapping, resource monitoring, and strict sanitation policy compliance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day corporate cleaning operations across assigned commercial facilities to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Monitor frontline cleaning staff performance and provide continuous operational training, onboarding guidance, and team motivation.
- Conduct rigorous routine field inspections and quality assurance checks to preserve high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and layout presentation.
- Manage complex labor duty schedules, roster planning, daily attendance logs, and optimized task allocation for distributed crews.
- Enforce the correct chemical dilution guidelines, safety compliance, and proper mechanical use of heavy floor care machines or cleaning machinery.
- Maintain full adherence to workplace health, safety, and occupational environmental hygiene regulations across all active sites.
- Coordinate directly with client representatives and internal operations teams to resolve on-site concerns and maximize client satisfaction rates.
- Report structure maintenance issues, logistical supply challenges, and equipment repair requirements to corporate management.
- Ensure all structural housekeeping and sanitization procedures are carried out according to company policies and industry standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Proven professional experience working directly as a Cleaning Supervisor or Housekeeping Team Leader within Facilities Management or Hospitality.
- Deep technical understanding of specialized cleaning chemicals, sanitization machinery, structural maintenance tools, and field procedures.
- Demonstrated capability to supervise, train, and structurally lead large diversified cleaning teams across commercial infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience handling multi-shift schedules, technical site inspections, compliance documentation, and quality control processes.
- Excellent verbal communication, leadership, and crisis problem-solving skills under fast-moving site conditions.
- Strong fundamental knowledge of regional workplace health, safety (HSE), and public environmental hygiene regulations.
- Prior professional work experience within the United Arab Emirates facilities management landscape is highly preferred.
- A valid, legally approved UAE Driving License is strictly mandatory to support multi-site corporate coordination and travel.
- Familiarity with digital task-logging platforms and resource planning grids backed by modern operational Information Technology systems.
- Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Facilities Management, or a related field from an accredited education institution.
