Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our Facilities Management team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can oversee daily cleaning and deep cleaning activities across multiple sites for management review. You will be responsible for managing staff performance, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, and maintaining high-quality service delivery. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialized facility maintenance activities across Dubai.
- Manage and coordinate multi-site teams effectively to meet management operational efficiency standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and operations departments regarding staff performance, on-site supervision, and safety training.
- Monitor service quality and ensure strict compliance with cleaning standards and facility safety procedures.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to track site schedules and report on operational performance.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Facilities Management or a relevant discipline.
- 5 to 6 years of professional experience in facilities management, specifically focusing on Soft Services within the UAE.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory to facilitate multi-site coordination and supervision.
- Strong background in management of cleaning teams, deep cleaning procedures, and site maintenance.
- Professional background in education or training regarding cleaning chemicals, safety standards, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
