Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinic Manager to join our professional operations team in Al Ain. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver execution precision for management and business performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, driving monthly sales growth, optimizing client conversion rates, and leading staff performance evaluations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily clinic operations and workflow execution to meet management and monthly financial targets.
  • Support client-care integrity in Al Ain, evaluating patient experience matrices and service quality lines with 100% precision.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department, marketing professionals, and clinical staff to facilitate professional organizational coordination of training and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor operational key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze financial reports, and introduce strategic business development adjustments.

  • Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of dedicated management experience within a clinic, beauty lounge, or premium hospitality setting.
  • Strong background in management of commercial sales pipelines, target-driven environments, and team evaluations.
  • Professional background in education regarding healthcare compliance standards, client conversion methods, and operational budgeting models; prior aesthetic or medical sector background is a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal communication, and conflict resolution capabilities.
