Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate Clinical Psychologist specializing in Children and Adolescents to join our team. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver therapy for management and clinical performance review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and therapy sessions to meet management and patient wellbeing targets.
- Support clinical integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% precision in treatment plans and patient progress evaluations.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate professional organizational reporting and ethical clinical care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with local health regulations and internal standards.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and structured evaluations to monitor long-term developmental and behavioral outcomes.
🔹 Requirements:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology or a related professional field.
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure with DHA or CDA in the UAE.
- Minimum 5 years of professional clinical experience specifically post-qualification.
- Strong background in management of behavioral challenges, emotional disorders, and developmental issues in youth.
- Professional background in education or training regarding evidence-based therapy and multicultural clinical counseling.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess high levels of empathy, and maintain strict ethical standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a professional advantage in Dubai.
