We are executing an urgent clinical expansion across our technical medical divisions and are seeking qualified, compassionate, and licensed healthcare professionals to join our specialized facility in Abu Dhabi. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Psychologist: Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, formulate customized evidence-based therapeutic treatment plans, and provide high-quality psychological counseling services.
- RN Laser Nurse: Administer non-invasive aesthetic laser treatments, regulate energy-based skin rejuvenation machinery, and provide meticulous pre-and-post-procedural nursing care.
- Beauty Therapist: Deliver specialized facial therapies, advanced skincare treatments, and cosmetic skin analysis while providing premium client consultations in fluent Arabic.
- Ensure absolute patient safety, physical comfort, risk mitigation, and strict medical confidentiality across all clinical encounters.
- Collaborate closely with consultant physicians, supervising medical teams, and administrative staff to facilitate optimized patient workflows.
- Maintain meticulous physical and digital medical histories, procedural tracking logs, and institutional healthcare documentation.
- Enforce absolute structural alignment with local Department of Health (DOH) regulations and corporate clinic protocols.
🔹 Requirements:
- Relevant accredited academic qualification matching your targeted specialization (e.g., Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, or an accredited Diploma in Esthetics/Cosmetology).
- For Medical Tracks: Possession of a valid Department of Health (DOH Abu Dhabi) professional license or official DOH eligibility letter is mandatory for immediate onboarding.
- For Beauty Therapist Track: Fluent verbal and written command of the Arabic language is highly preferred; candidates with or without an active DOH license will be considered based on premium salon/clinic history.
- Prior professional background or solid operational experience within active healthcare facilities, private hospitals, or specialized day surgery centers in the UAE is preferred.
- Deep fundamental knowledge of patient safety standards, sterile environment maintenance, and specific clinical treatment protocols.
- Strong analytical evaluation skills, exceptional interpersonal coordination habits, and an articulate, empathetic communicative demeanor.
- Candidates must hold immediate professional availability to onboard within our Abu Dhabi medical facility due to urgent expansion mandates.
