- Design, provision, configure, and support robust cloud infrastructure solutions fluidly across Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) enterprise landscapes.
- Execute high-velocity cloud migration projects, system refactoring methodologies, and legacy data center infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Develop, version, and manage declarative Infrastructure as Code (IaC) architectures utilizing Terraform configurations systematically.
- Deploy, monitor, scale, and optimize production-grade Kubernetes-based workloads, microservices, and containerized enterprise application pools.
- Engineer and maintain automated Azure DevOps workflows, continuous integration pipelines, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) release tracks.
- Implement and maintain secure hybrid Microsoft cloud network connections, connecting localized database environments to cloud endpoints seamlessly.
- Enforce absolute compliance with international cloud security frameworks, corporate access control protocols, and encryption standard boundaries.

- Proven practical experience implementing production systems within Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) architectures is required.
- Strong, verified command over Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling, specifically building scalable deployment modules utilizing Terraform.
- Hands-on technical engineering capability managing container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and native tools such as OKE.
- Deep structural understanding of CI/CD orchestration, build systems, code repositories, and release engineering within Azure DevOps ecosystems.
- Advanced scripting and command-line automation fluency utilizing PowerShell, Azure CLI, Python, Oracle Cloud VMware Solution (OCVS), and Azure Site Recovery (ASR).
