The Government of Punjab, under the leadership of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, has launched the
Female Ambassador Program 2026 to empower female university students through professional
skill development, leadership training, and practical exposure. This initiative aims to prepare young women to become confident leaders, digital advocates, and representatives of positive change across Punjab.

Female Ambassador (Student Ambassador – Skill Development Program)
Program Overview
This program provides selected female students with structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience while offering financial support in the form of a monthly stipend and performance-based rewards. Participants will act as ambassadors within their universities, supporting awareness campaigns, community engagement, and government youth initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum CGPA: 2.5 or above
- Undergraduate students currently enrolled in 3rd to 6th semester
- Graduate students currently enrolled in 2nd to 3rd semester
- Must be a female student of a recognized university in Punjab
- Strong communication skills and interest in leadership and community development preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Represent the CM Punjab Female Ambassador Program within the university campus
- Assist in organizing awareness sessions, workshops, and student engagement activities
- Promote government youth and women empowerment initiatives
- Participate in training programs, seminars, and development sessions
- Support data collection, reporting, and outreach activities as required
- Act as a role model for other female students
