Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Commercial Admin to join our team in Dubai Investment Park. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can manage monthly procurement activities, maintain accurate stock records, and coordinate with suppliers for management review. You will be responsible for creating Purchase Orders in Odoo, tracking shipment arrivals, and managing landed cost data in Excel. We are looking for an individual with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to inventory management. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement activities based on sales performance and stock requirements in Dubai.
  • Communicate with international and local suppliers to obtain quotations and shipping documents for management oversight.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and warehouse departments regarding stock arrival tracking and inter-departmental coordination.
  • Update procurement data in Excel, including pricing, quantities, landed costs, and arrival schedules.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and the Odoo ERP system to manage Purchase Orders and inventory control.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a relevant academic discipline.
  • Professional experience in procurement, administration, or inventory-related roles within the UAE.
  • Strong background in management of data systems, landed cost entries, and stock reconciliation.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding ERP systems (specifically Odoo) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced Dubai Investment Park environment.
  • Detail-oriented approach to vendor invoice processing and payment approval workflows.
