Job Description:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated kitchen professionals to fill Commis Chef and Demi Chef positions in Dubai. These roles are fundamental to our culinary framework, requiring individuals who can work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards. You will be responsible for supporting food preparation cycles and collaborating with the senior kitchen management to ensure consistent dish quality. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily food preparation tasks and ensure all dishes meet the restaurant’s quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with UAE food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth service during peak hours and high-pressure periods.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding health and safety training and professional development workshops.
- Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist in the strategic organization of kitchen inventory and resource allocation.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Certification in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or café kitchen environment is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of food preparation techniques, kitchen hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Strong background in management of workstation efficiency and collaborative teamwork.
- Professional background in education or training regarding culinary standards and international cuisines.
- A positive attitude with a strong commitment to learning and professional growth in the hospitality industry.
