Job Description:

We are currently expanding our kitchen team and seeking passionate culinary professionals to join us in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our service framework, requiring professionals who can support daily kitchen operations and food preparation for management and guest review. We are hiring for both Commis Chef and Demi Chef positions. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of dishes according to established recipes, maintaining kitchen organization, and ensuring strict adherence to hygiene standards. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in Culinary Arts and a proactive approach to kitchen teamwork. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes to meet management and quality recipes.
  • Ensure all food preparation meets hygiene and safety regulations in Dubai.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and senior kitchen teams to support daily operational flows.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen workspace to ensure 100% data integrity regarding health standards.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools to monitor inventory and handle service demands efficiently under pressure.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certification in Culinary Arts or relevant professional experience.
  • Previous professional experience working specifically in a restaurant or café kitchen environment.
  • Strong background in management of food preparation techniques, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding culinary station mastery.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and a proactive, can-do attitude in the UAE.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
