Construction Managers & Project Engineers – Abu Dhabi, UAE | S.S. Lootah Contracting

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Site Leadership: Manage and oversee the end-to-end on-site execution of G+4 building projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
• Technical Supervision: Supervise all structural, civil, and site-based activities, with a specific focus on the technical challenges of basement construction and shoring.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary technical liaison between consultants, subcontractors, and internal project departments.
• Timeline Management: Develop and monitor project schedules to ensure all milestones are delivered on time and within budget.
• Quality & Safety: Enforce the highest standards of safety (HSE) and quality control (QA/QC) across the project site.
• Resource Optimization: Efficiently manage manpower, machinery, and material resources to minimize waste and maximize productivity.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Proven hands-on experience working specifically on G+4 buildings with basement construction requirements.
• Market Knowledge: Strong background in managing construction projects within the Abu Dhabi regulatory and environmental landscape.
• Technical Skills: Practical expertise in overseeing structural and civil works, and the ability to interpret complex engineering drawings.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for effective negotiation and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams.
