Job Description:
We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our operations in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our project framework, requiring a professional who can manage contractual and commercial agreements for management and project execution review. You will be responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle, preparing variations, and ensuring all agreements align with legal requirements. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE Contract Law and a proactive approach to risk mitigation and claim management. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full contract lifecycle to meet management and legal requirements throughout project execution.
- Prepare and negotiate contract variations and commercial claims in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in documentation and correspondence.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and project teams to resolve contractual disputes and resolve issues with consultants and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, legal frameworks, and performance obligations for all parties involved in the project.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to maintain accurate records of contractual documentation and support commercial administration for transparent delivery.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Law, or a professional Certificate in a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in contract administration specifically within the UAE Construction industry.
- Strong background in management of commercial frameworks, contract variations, and extensions of time.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE contract law and commercial administration.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong negotiation skills, and a high level of analytical professionalism.
- Excellent coordination skills with the capability to manage complex legal matters in a fast-paced Dubai construction environment.
