Job Description:

We are executing a strategic executive appointment within our regional operations division and are seeking an experienced, highly analytical Country Manager to govern market expansion pipelines and direct corporate strategic pathways in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sustainable sales growth and maximize market share through targeted promotional campaigns and regional initiatives.
  • Align complex vehicle inventory planning, global factory ordering lines, and allocation metrics with local consumer demand patterns.
  • Support distributor and dealership partners with highly effective localized marketing strategies and proactive business development activities.
  • Expand B2B corporate fleet business opportunities, structure high-volume leasing contracts, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • Provide deep, data-driven market insights, automotive pricing trends, and detailed operational performance updates to senior leadership.
  • Monitor regional competitive landscapes and systematically identify new commercial growth vectors across the Middle East.
  • Direct cross-functional business units to synchronize local supply chains with changing regulatory parameters.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Formal academic background in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, Marketing, International Trade, or an equivalent accredited discipline is highly valued.
  • A minimum of 10 or more years of highly successful, verified professional experience operating in a senior management capacity within the Middle East automotive sector.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying market modeling sheets, fleet volume grids, and dealer performance indicators inside Microsoft Excel and modern reporting applications.
  • Deep, comprehensive knowledge of automotive sales processes, business development frameworks, dealership network optimization, and local marketing support setups.
  • Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills paired with exceptional strategic planning, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Absolute willingness to travel across regional corporate sites and global manufacturing hubs as required to fulfill operational objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional proficiency or strong conversational fluency in the Arabic language will be treated as an elite commercial asset.
