Job Description:

We are seeking an independent Creative Designer & Visual Strategist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will interpret complex ideas, transform business concepts into visually engaging stories, and design digital marketing assets while leveraging advanced corporate design systems.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Transform complex business and strategic concepts into visually engaging stories and presentations.
Develop executive-level presentation materials including board decks, leadership reports, and strategic slides.
Design digital marketing assets, social media creatives, and campaign visuals aligned with brand identity.
Lead the production of video editing, motion graphics, and animated content for digital platforms.
Maintain consistent brand identity across all visual communication channels and materials.
Leverage modern AI tools to enhance creativity, productivity, and overall design efficiency.

🔹 Requirements:

4 to 6 years of relevant experience in creative design or corporate brand communications.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects for professional video and motion design.
Familiarity with AI design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, RunwayML, and ChatGPT.
Relevant degree or specialized training in design, visual communication, or multimedia education.
