Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and structured CRM Sales & Marketing Executive to join our professional software commercial operations team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a technology sales and product marketing professional who can deliver customer acquisition and lead generation precision for management and revenue cycle performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing incoming lead channels, organizing product demonstration schedules, updating customer communication matrices, archiving proposal submittals, and executing precise enterprise software transaction pathways. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in B2B Software Product Sales, Targeted Lead Generation, and CRM-Driven Pipeline Operations and a proactive approach to operational tracking. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage comprehensive day-to-day sales development activities, market outreach streams, and qualification channels to meet management and quarterly commercial targets.
- Support structural integrity in Dubai, reviewing client corporate configurations, verifying software deployment requirements, and archiving sales pipeline records with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, product deployment engineers, customer success specialists, and marketing strategy leads to facilitate professional organizational coordination of onboarding workflows.
- Formulate clear market feedback reports, conduct high-level software product demonstrations, handle customer service issues, and manage immediate negotiation problem-solving routines to drive monthly account acquisitions.
- Utilize digital Information Technology suites, contemporary CRM platforms, and corporate pipeline tracking software to log interactions, monitor conversion metrics, and distribute performance data across divisions.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or an closely aligned commercial discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven professional experience in dedicated sales and marketing roles is required.
- Must be a current resident already established in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, at the time of application.
- Prior background and specific exposure regarding the management of software product or service-based sales cycles is highly preferred.
- Professional background in education regarding digital sales funnels, corporate presentation frameworks, negotiation strategies, and CRM tool utilization.
