Job Description:
Emtech Computers is seeking a customer-focused Customer Happiness Executive to join its team in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this client experience specialist will oversee customer onboarding, serve as the main point of contact for service inquiries, coordinate AMC and PMC renewal schedules, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with internal technical, sales, and finance teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and onboard new customers with a smooth and professional experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and support.
- Coordinate service requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Manage AMC and PMC schedules, renewals, and customer communications.
- Collaborate with Sales, Service Delivery, Technical, and Finance teams to deliver excellent customer service.
- Build strong customer relationships to improve satisfaction and long-term retention.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM), customer onboarding processes, and client retention strategies.
- Proven ability to coordinate service requests and maintain client satisfaction in an IT services environment.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate priorities effectively between customers and internal delivery teams.
