Job Description:

The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) will foster positive client interactions, handle customer inquiries, and deliver high-standard support services. Based at our Abu Dhabi branch, this client-focused professional will address customer service requests, manage client records, coordinate with operational units, resolve concerns, and ensure a seamless service journey for automotive clients.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally through various communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain customer records and update relevant information when required.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely customer support.
• Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience at all times.

🔹 Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
• Previous experience in customer service or client relationship management is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners currently located in the UAE are highly preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support best practices.
