Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Customer Service Executive to join our professional freight forwarding team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver documentation precision for management and global transit performance review. You will be responsible for orchestrating import and export shipment processes, handling customer service requests, communicating directly with international carriers and overseas agents, and maintaining accurate shipment records. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Logistics Customer Relations, Freight Documentation, and Milestone Coordination and a proactive approach to operational issue resolution. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle multi-channel customer service pipelines related to freight forwarding and supply chain operations to meet management and corporate benchmarks.
- Support logistics integrity in Dubai, processing import/export transport documentation and client milestone notifications with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, internal line handlers, ocean/air carriers, and global agents to facilitate professional organizational coordination of deliveries.
- Resolve transit bottlenecks, address client inquiries promptly, and preserve long-term business-to-business customer service partnerships.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and enterprise resource planning software to record shipment data, track cargo positions, and log compliance files.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
- Previous professional experience working directly within freight forwarding or logistics operations is mandatory.
- Strong background in management of import and export statutory regulations, bill of lading procedures, and customs manifests.
- Professional background in education regarding global transport procedures, carrier booking workflows, and client retention protocols; prior exposure to the UAE logistics market is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent multi-tasking, verbal communication, problem-solving, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, navigate complex shipping schedules under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced Dubai global logistics hub.
