🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end shipment coordination loops fluidly, maintaining regular, proactive communication with global clients throughout the cargo lifecycle.
  • Handle multi-modal import and export shipping documentation systematically, ensuring complete data precision for manifest processing.
  • Provide real-time cargo updates, technical visibility alerts, and detailed transit status logs directly to key account holders.
  • Coordinate continuously with ocean carriers, commercial air lines, overseas trade agents, local customs authorities, and internal field teams.
  • Resolve shipment-related client inquiries, port customs delays, and operational transit escalations fluidly to preserve service levels.
  • Ensure absolute structural alignment with international freight forwarding procedures, ocean bills of lading guidelines, and airway bill formats.
  • Build and nurture robust professional relationships with existing corporate accounts to facilitate high service retention levels.
  • Monitor terminal dispatch milestones closely, identifying and rectifying logistics supply chain communication delays proactively.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Possession of 2 to 3 years of professional freight customer care or logistics coordination experience within the Abu Dhabi market is strictly required.
  • Hands-on practical background facilitating air freight tracking, ocean container handling, and cross-border land shipping documentation.
  • Deep structural knowledge of local UAE trade regulations, port clearance requirements, customs codes, and bill of entry processing.
  • High technical proficiency operating automated logistics tools, modern tracking systems, and industry-specific software (preferably E-Freight Suite).
  • Excellent verbal articulation, strong interpersonal communication, and structured problem-solving traits to manage client queries calmly under pressure.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple container shipments and prioritize high-volume documentation tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to self-manage complex route tracking schedules independently while protecting total corporate data privacy and proprietary manifest integrity under pressure.
  • Practical background in basic education regarding transportation math variables, route diagnostics, and cargo asset lifecycle workflow management methodologies.
