Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our front-line communications division. This full-time role focuses on managing incoming consumer inquiries, resolving product or service concerns, and tracking interaction documentation under the group’s operational management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through incoming phone calls, professional emails, and direct channels.
  • Provide accurate, structured information regarding company products, services, and processing pipelines.
  • Resolve general client complaints and operational concerns efficiently while maintaining a friendly approach.
  • Log, track, and update complete client interaction histories inside corporate service databases.
  • Coordinate interactively with internal departments to facilitate smooth, rapid issue resolution workflows.
  • Support daily business administration tasks and follow up on pending customer requests.

🔹 Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or related corporate services support.
  • Fresh candidates possessing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Multilingual fluency in Hindi, English, and/or Arabic is highly preferred for this multicultural role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities combined with basic computer and office application skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification; ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
