Job Description:

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage regional customer service and digital transformation projects to meet management and operational targets.
- Drive the implementation of new systems in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in process improvements and efficiency audits.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, dealers, and importers to ensure seamless project execution and elevate the customer experience.
- Support the development of after-sales services by integrating innovative digital solutions and automotive technologies.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to monitor project milestones and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across different regions.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in Engineering, IT, or Business Administration.
- 4–6 years of professional experience specifically in automotive technologies and digital transformation projects.
- Strong background in management of customer service operations, project lifecycle, and organizational workflows.
- Professional background in education or training regarding automotive software systems and digital innovation.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, coordinate with cross-regional teams, and solve complex technical challenges.
