Job Description:
We are expanding our regional micro-fulfillment division and seeking a highly capable, hands-on, and structured Dark Store Supervisor to join our professional warehouse operations team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring an agile inventory and dispatch supervisor who can deliver order processing speed and stock accuracy precision for management and supply chain division performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing incoming order streams, organizing picking and packing sequences, updating real-time stock profiles, archiving delivery logs, and executing precise rapid-fulfillment pathways. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in E-commerce Order Cycle Metrics, High-Velocity Stock Segmentation, and Floor Team Allocation and a proactive approach to operational tracking. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily dark store operations seamlessly from order intake to final rider dispatch.
- Ensure highly accurate picking, packing, labeling, and timely shipment of customer orders.
- Monitor and control micro-warehouse inventory levels, cycle counting accuracy, and physical layout organization.
- Lead, guide, and support warehouse ground staff and associates to consistently achieve operational performance targets.
- Maintain strict service level agreements (SLA) and ensure operational fulfillment KPIs are met daily.
- Coordinate closely with localized logistics, final-mile delivery, and central supply chain teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Ensure total adherence to company processes, workplace safety standards, and strict operational guidelines.
- Track shift-level operational performance and report key metrics and variance updates to management.
- Identify process bottlenecks and introduce workflow improvements to enhance packing speed and reduce operational delays.
🔹 Requirements:
- Prior professional experience within a modern warehouse environment, e-commerce fulfillment hub, or dark store setup is required.
- Strong leadership, team mentorship, and floor-level group management skills.
- Good understanding of inventory control parameters, stock rotation codes (FIFO/FEFO), and modern WMS applications.
- Proven ability to execute targets effectively within a highly compressed, fast-paced, and target-driven environment.
- Strong structural organization, spatial awareness, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, group coordination, and interpersonal collaboration skills.
- Strong knowledge base and practical exposure regarding the management of picking queues, order rejection mitigation, and space utilization layouts.
- Professional background in education regarding supply chain security, inventory auditing methods, shelf sorting logic, and dispatch coordination platforms.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, direct fulfillment teams under peak order volumes, and thrive in an elite Dubai rapid-logistics network.
