Job Description:

We are expanding our regional procurement and supply chain division and seeking a highly detailed, analytical, and structured Documentation & Logistics Coordinator to join our professional logistics team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a trade documentation and enterprise resource allocation specialist who can deliver freight tracking and procurement pipeline precision for management and global operations performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing inventory analysis tracks, organizing purchase order releases, updating real-time shipment profiles, archiving legal bank documentation, and executing precise import/export pathways. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in International Trade Frameworks (LC, BL, COO), SAP Logistics Infrastructure, and Cross-Border Supplier Relations and a proactive approach to operational tracking. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Sales versus Stock Analysis and support OPSI planning activities to ensure inventory efficiency.
  • Create and release Purchase Orders while maintaining accurate SAP system updates.
  • Coordinate shipment activities and warehouse operations to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
  • Handle POM updates and monitor shipment tracking to maintain operational accuracy.
  • Support budget monitoring, accrual management, and payment coordination processes.
  • Prepare and manage trade documentation including LC, BL, Commercial Invoice (CI), Packing List (PL), Certificate of Origin (COO), and related import/export documents.
  • Coordinate with banks, shipping agents, clients, suppliers, and internal departments regarding shipment and documentation requirements.
  • Ensure proper recordkeeping and compliance with supply chain and logistics procedures.
  • Assist management with operational reporting, shipment status updates, and documentation analysis.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Prior professional experience in supply chain coordination, logistics management, global procurement, or import/export trade operations is required.
  • Strong practical knowledge of international logistics networks, custom clearance guidelines, and formal trade documentation processes.
  • Proven ability to prepare and evaluate critical freight instruments (Letter of Credit, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and Commercial Invoices).
  • Hands-on experience or functional understanding of SAP ERP architectures or related enterprise resource systems is considered a major advantage.
  • Excellent multi-stakeholder management, proactive follow-up, and vendor collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with deep reporting capacities, spatial tracking coordination, and chronological organization.
  • Strong knowledge base and practical exposure regarding the management of inventory turnover ratios, carrier booking allocations, and budget variance tracks.
  • Professional background in education regarding Incoterms protocols, trade finance compliance, manifest audit routines, and computerized supply chain tracking tools.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, balance multiple documentation tracks under strict shipping demurrage windows, and thrive in an elite Dubai multi-national corporate office.
