Job Description:

We are seeking a highly meticulous, organized Data Entry professional to govern technical inventory registers and support our fast-moving Maintenance & Operations division in Abu Dhabi. Operating as the primary data administrator on the facility floor, this full-time role focuses on verifying vehicle workshop logs, updates to mechanical stock ledgers, and coordination with technical part vendors under our centralized operations management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Input, update, and audit high-volume maintenance logs, vehicle service histories, and machinery runtime parameters accurately.
  • Maintain organized digital records of mechanical spare parts, part serializations, stock levels, and warehouse storage locations.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with technical floor workshops, procurement departments, and external logistics suppliers.
  • Liaise directly with local automotive spare parts dealers, equipment OEMs, and manufacturing distribution agencies for component listings.
  • Perform routine database cleaning exercises to secure complete records alignment and remove data duplication in inventory software.
  • Support technical managers by extracting parts usage metrics, processing supplier purchase orders, and compiling operational reporting sheets.

🔹 Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, Professional Certificate, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or an equivalent structured track.
  • Prior data management or administrative support background, with clear preference given to exposure inside automotive workshops or machinery maintenance sectors.
  • Advanced data literacy with practical proficiency deploying calculations, pivot grids, and inventory spreadsheets inside Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with heavy vehicle components, equipment specifications, parts microfiche, or standardized inventory numbering systems is highly preferred.
  • Immaculate typing speed, a high degree of quantitative accuracy, and a disciplined approach to structural database record-keeping.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle supplier order queries and collaborate smoothly with workshop mechanics.
  • Proven capacity to perform accurately under pressure, manage multiple incoming data sources, and fulfill strict inventory timelines.
