Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to support dental professionals in providing exceptional patient services. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage chairside assistance and instrument sterilization for management and clinical performance review. You will be responsible for preparing treatment rooms, maintaining accurate medical documentation, and ensuring compliance with DOH regulations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert chairside assistance during dental procedures to meet management and patient care targets.
• Support clinical integrity in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% precision in sterilization processes and treatment room preparation.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and clinical leadership to facilitate professional organizational reporting and inventory management.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with DOH standards and internal policies.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and dental software systems to update patient histories and schedule coordination.

🔹 Requirements:

• Valid DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) license or eligibility is mandatory.
• Diploma or certification in Dental Assisting or a related professional field.
• Proven professional experience specifically as a Dental Assistant within the UAE is preferred.
• Strong background in management of clinical tools, sterilization practices, and patient documentation.
• Professional background in education or training regarding DOH regulations and dental hygiene standards.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess strong interpersonal skills, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
