Job Description:

We are executing multiple strategic clinical appointments within our specialized oral surgery and cosmetic medicine tracks and are seeking skilled, passionate Dental Specialists to govern high-end treatments and direct patient care solutions in Dubai. Operating across four distinct clinical streams, these full-time roles focus on accelerating diagnostic precision, auditing patient data files, and implementing innovative therapies under our comprehensive clinic management framework. We are actively hiring dedicated specialists across the following four clinical areas:

• Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
• Periodontics (Gum Specialist)
• Orthodontics
• Cosmetic Dentistry & Veneers

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced, high-fidelity dental treatments and complex clinical procedures within your defined area of specialization.
• Ensure accurate diagnostic reviews, evaluate dental radiographs, and formulate effective, long-term therapeutic treatment plans for diverse patients.
• Deliver patient-focused dental care with absolute compassion, empathy, and high clinical professionalism.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary dental team to handle integrated or complex surgical-orthodontic cases.
• Maintain strict compliance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations, sterilization logs, and international clinical standards.
• Educate patients thoroughly on scheduled treatment procedures, surgical aftercare, and preventive oral health regimens.
• Contribute actively to maintaining a high standard of clinical reputation, operational excellence, and patient satisfaction.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS or equivalent) combined with a recognized Master’s Degree (MDS, MSc, or equivalent board certification) specializing in Oral Surgery, Periodontics, Orthodontics, or Cosmetic Dentistry.
• An active, valid DHA Specialist License or a valid DHA Eligibility Letter is strictly mandatory for clinical registration.
• A minimum of 3 years of successful, verified post-qualification professional experience operating as a practicing specialist (prior regional UAE experience is advantageous but not mandatory).
• High preference will be extended to bilingual Arabic-speaking candidates to effectively support our local patient demographic.
• Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying diagnostic formulas, dental metrics, and patient file tracking tables inside Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent clinical diagnostic capabilities, sharp communication skills, and a genuine passion for providing ethical, evidence-based patient care.
