🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Proactively identify and grow the dewatering rental business across the Abu Dhabi region.
• Client Relations: Build and sustain strategic relationships with Tier-1 contractors, engineering consultants, and government authorities.
• Technical Assessments: Conduct comprehensive site surveys to accurately assess groundwater conditions and project requirements.
• Solution Engineering: Perform precise pump selection and develop technical/commercial proposals for wellpoint and deep well systems.
• Operational Coordination: Work closely with the mobilization and service teams to ensure seamless equipment delivery and project start-up.
• Revenue Generation: Convert pipeline opportunities into confirmed orders while maintaining the company’s high standards of service quality.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on UAE experience in dewatering, pumping, or related civil engineering fields.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in wellpoint systems, deep well systems, and various groundwater control solutions.
• Mobility: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for frequent site visits and client meetings.
• Residency: Candidates must currently be based in the United Arab Emirates.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills with a strong focus on client handling.
