Job Description:
The Digital Marketing & Content Creator will lead visual content production, oversee social media accounts, and drive digital lead acquisition for property projects. Based at our Dubai headquarters, this creative specialist will produce photo and video assets, manage Meta and Google ad campaigns, edit marketing collaterals, track performance metrics, and collaborate with property development teams to highlight real estate portfolio offerings.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content for digital platforms.
- Plan, manage, and publish content across social media channels.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Edit promotional videos and marketing materials for online campaigns.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to showcase projects and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Previous experience working with a real estate developer or property marketing agency is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Proven track record in running performance marketing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong photography, videography, video editing, and visual storytelling skills.
- Candidates holding their own valid UAE residence visa will be given preference.
