Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and performance-focused Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage multi-channel digital campaigns for management and brand review. You will be responsible for creating high-end property brochures using Figma and Canva, managing paid campaigns on Google and Meta, and optimizing lead generation strategies. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in SEO/SEM and Real Estate Lead Conversion and a proactive approach to website analytics and social media expansion. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, and email platforms to meet management and lead generation targets.
- Support marketing integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in campaign reporting, ROI tracking, and brand consistency across online platforms.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and creative teams to develop social media assets and property marketing materials using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Optimize landing pages and customer journeys to maximize conversions within the competitive real estate market.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and Google Analytics to optimize performance metrics and professional marketing reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business plus a relevant professional Figma, Canva, or Google Ads Certificate.
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience specifically in digital marketing (Real Estate experience is highly advantageous).
- Must currently hold a valid UAE residency visa (Freelance, Spouse, or Self-Sponsored) to facilitate this professional engagement.
- Strong background in management of paid campaigns (Google Ads/Meta Ads), high-end design aesthetics, and layouts.
- Professional background in education or training regarding website analytics, lead generation strategies, and brand messaging.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, excellent written communication in English, and a motivated attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard firm in Dubai.
