Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic District Manager to oversee multiple store locations across the UAE. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can manage 6 to 10 F&B outlets while driving sales performance and profitability. You will be responsible for coaching Store Managers, monitoring P&L performance, and ensuring all locations adhere to company standards for management review. We are looking for a results-oriented leader with mandatory coffee industry experience and a valid UAE driving license who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise 6 to 10 F&B outlets within the assigned territory to ensure operational excellence and sales growth.
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to Store Managers to help achieve operational targets and maintain high service quality.
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L responsibility, sales costs, and overall store profitability.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding team development, recruitment, and performance management strategies.
- Identify opportunities for market improvement and implement effective strategies to enhance multi-unit store performance.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience managing multiple coffee outlets within the UAE or GCC.
- Prior leadership experience specifically within the coffee industry is mandatory.
- Strong background in management of retail operations, cost control, and sales performance analysis.
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are mandatory for regional travel.
- Professional background in training regarding customer service excellence and team inspiration.
