Job Description:

We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our corporate administration division and are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Document Controller to govern technical file registries and direct operational record pathways in Dubai. Operating as an essential information anchor and data guardian within our main field office, this full-time role focuses on accelerating file processing turnarounds, auditing logistical records, and maximizing structural data retrieval speeds under our unified corporate management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, manage, and systematically index all corporate documents, material test certificates, and commercial files in both digital cloud servers and physical archive formats.
  • Ensure proper, high-fidelity document tracking, systematic coding, and retrieval structures are operating smoothly and consistently followed by all departments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing corporate documentation pipelines while maintaining pristine, audited log records of transmittals.
  • Support day-to-day administrative office functions, coordinate field record updates, and ensure data control processes run efficiently.
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality, metadata security, and complete mathematical accuracy across all sensitive commercial and corporate information.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Records Management, Office Systems, or an equivalent accredited administrative discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of successful, verified professional experience operating as a document controller, data specialist, or secretary strictly within an active corporate office or construction supplier setting.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying formulas, indexing structures, and tracking spreadsheets inside Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Deep knowledge of professional filing systems, corporate correspondence standards, and digital document tracking procedures.
  • Excellent keyboard typing speed with a strict minimum requirement of 80 words per minute to handle rapid corporate data processing.
  • High attention to detail, sharp analytical checking capabilities, and outstanding organizational planning skills.
