🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Document Governance: Oversee the lifecycle of project-related records, maintaining strict adherence to RTA documentation standards.
• Version Control: Ensure accurate tracking of revisions and maintain a structured filing system for technical drawings and specifications.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central hub for document flow between CCECC engineers, external consultants, contractors, and RTA officials.
• Audit Readiness: Maintain comprehensive document logs, registers, and transmittal trackers to ensure 100% compliance during project audits.
• Approval Workflows: Manage the review and approval cycle for all technical submittals, ensuring timely archiving and circulation.
• Project Support: Assist project management during critical stages with accurate record retrieval and compliance checks.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Document Controller in the UAE construction sector.
• Industry Expertise: Mandatory prior experience working on RTA projects in Dubai.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Document Management Systems (EDMS) and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of RTA documentation workflows and infrastructure project requirements.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Availability: Candidates available immediately or on short notice are preferred.
