Job Description:
We are expanding our regional administrative support division and seeking a reliable, highly organized, and structured Documentation Clerk to join our professional operations team in Al Qusais Industrial 3, Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a recordkeeping and file tracking specialist who can deliver input speed and archival precision for management and freight department performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing daily data entry tracks, organizing scanning and photocopying sequences, updating digital archive profiles, archiving internal communication logs, and executing precise document flow pathways. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Clerical Data Entry Protocols, Digital Filing Structures, and Administrative Workspace Security and a proactive approach to operational tracking.
