Job Description:
We are urgently seeking an experienced Draftsman for immediate joining to support our engineering and design teams. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can prepare accurate technical drawings for management and project execution review. You will be responsible for developing construction drawings, maintaining drawing records, and supporting design development using modern BIM and CAD tools. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Revit Architecture and a proactive approach to ensuring accuracy and consistency across all project documentation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, develop, and review technical and construction drawings to meet management and design quality targets.
- Coordinate closely with engineering and project teams in the UAE, ensuring 100% data integrity in drawing records and revisions.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and technical leads to support design development using BIM and CAD tools.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in all drawings while ensuring compliance with technical standards and project timelines.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools including Revit and AutoCAD to update records and perform design coordination tasks.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience specifically in drafting roles within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of Revit Architecture, BIM modeling, and AutoCAD 2D drafting.
- Professional background in education or training regarding PlanSwift (preferred) and international drafting standards.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in modern drafting technologies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced UAE-based environment.
